Cancel or change an order

Ready to Ship Products

If the product is not shipped, you have the right to change the style or quantity of the order, the payment will not be refunded, only to make up, cancel the order you will get a full refund, if the product has been shipped, we do not accept any reason to cancel the order and change.

Customized products:

Change of order style and reduction of order quantity are not accepted. the deposit will not be refunded if the contract is cancelled unilaterally.  And accountable as the case may be.

Return (if applicable)

We accept return of products: goods damaged or inconsistent with the purchase of goods, customers have the right to apply for return of products within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
